As we enter into the New Year, It is good to set a new Goal in what you want to do with your business. When we are at different levels we have different goals.
It is good to set a huge goal, but as you look at that goal and when you want to attain that goal, then step back and take a good look at it. From here you should look at the steps you have to take to attain the large goal. Now take a new piece of paper and start by writing a small goal to attain a next goal .For example . Lets Just say I am a new member. I would like to be a diamond. This will not happen overnight.
The first goal then would be to sponsor three people the first week. Now we have 3 people that need to have some training. Help them fill out there first order, then have them invite 3 people over and help them to sponsor 3 more.. now we have 9
Now encourage them to do the same with those new member. And you also sponsor 3 more yourself. Now you have 33. Now you should have a class on the oils, so they know what they are for. It would be a good idea to introduce the Essential oils desk reference to them. When they have a question about a oil you can ask did you look it up in the desk reference? This is dup;icatable.
Then in no time you will reach your first level of achievement. Now do the same thing for the next goal. A large goal is made by reaching smaller goals along the way.
.Think of it like a mother bird teaching her young to move on. The sooner they fly the nest to hold classes on their own the sooner you can help a new member to get started.

Products:
At this time of the year I like to keep the humidifier going and we put the Theives oil in with the water. Not only does it smell great but it also helps to kill off the germs that seem to find there way in. It also keeps the humidifier fresh smelling.
I put several oils in this newsletter for the diffuser. I especially like the Christmas Spirit.
Christmas Spirit
A purifying blend of evergreen, citrus, and spice, reminiscent of winter holidays, and brings joy, peace, happiness, and security.
Ingredients:
Orange (Citrus sinensis) is elevating to the mind and body, bringing security, joy, and peace.
Cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum uerum) is the oil of wealth from the Orient and part of the formula the Lord gave Moses (Exodus 30:22-27). Emperors of China and India measured their wealth partly by the amount of cinnamon they possessed. Traditionally, it was thought to have a frequency that attracted wealth and abundance.
It is highly antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial. It brings back memories of wassail,
homecooked food, and fond memories of the holidays.
9Spruce (Picea mariana) helps the respiratory and nervous systems. It is anti-infectious, antiseptic,
and anti-inflammatory. Its aromatic influences help to open and release emotional blocks, bringing
about a feeling of balance and grounding.
Traditionally, spruce oil was believed to possess the frequency of prosperity. This oil brings memories
of Christmas trees and makes the whole house feel more like home during the holidays.
Application:
Dilute 1 part essential oil to 1 part V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex.

Put 2 drops on a wet cloth and put in clothes dryer.
Put 4-8 drops on cotton balls or tissues and put in or on vents.
Add to cedar chips for dresser drawers.

cleaning the house.
